Drug : Before anesthesia for hepatic resection, the patient is turned to lateral position. After disinfection of the back, 200 mcg or 400 mcg intrathecal morphine is injected once at L3-4 intervertebr

Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients who is the American Society of Anesthesiologist classification 1 or 2 and undergoes open hepatic resection under general anesthesia between 19 and 60 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who have a known allergy to morphine, bleeding diathesis, neurologic dysfunction, recent systemic or local infections, history of drug use, or being treated with opioids due to chronic pain
