Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Male or female/aged 19 to 84 ? Patients scheduled for endoscopic submucosal dissection due to colorectal adenoma or early colorectal cancer ? Patient who agreed to the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? In case of severe systemic disorder or coagulation factor disorder ? Patients with a history of colon resection ? Patients who refused to participate in clinical research
