Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old 2. Agreed this study 3. Family care-givers of patients admitted to the surgical step down unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not agreed this study 2. Transfer out within 3days in surgical step down unit .
