Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Criteria ? Inclusion Criteria : 1) Age >=10 years, 2) Individuals with suspected SFTS (Have to satisfy with over two factors in the conditions below.) ? Significant clinical symptoms of SFTS : Fever (axillary temperature >38.0?), Thrombocytopenia (platelet <100 X 109/L), Leukocytopenia (WBC <4 X 109/L) 3) Unknown for cause diseases. 4) Platelet reduction and leukocyte reduction are difficult to explain due to underlying disease. ? Diagnosed with SFTS(Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome). - PCR positive or antibody titer increased by more than 4 fold.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disagreement for enrollment of this trial by patient or the legal guardians. 2) If not identified as SFTS or outdoor infectious disease(vector borne disease).
