Inclusion criteria: Individual who undergo colonoscopy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. advanced colon cancer, colon obstruction 2. pregnancy 3. shock 4. dysphagia 5. psychotic disorder 6. refusal to participate
