Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with the following characteristics were included in this study had chronic low back pain, aged between 18 and 55 years old, and had pain rating >3 cm and <8 cm based on the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and >20% and <80% functional disability based on the Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire (RMDQ)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and obese; contraindicated to undergo physical and manual therapy; history of fracture; tumor, lumbar stenosis, neuropathy, and rheumatoid arthritis; underwent lumbar spinal surgery, or long-term use of steroids.
