Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Subject patient: AL amyloidosis patient. Specific criteria for selection are as follows. 1) If the heart is organically identified with amyloid deposits, positive in the special dye of Congo red,AmyloidP, or abnormal accumulation of fibrous proteins in electron microscopy is found. 2) Patients whose amyloidosis is confirmed in other tissues and whose cardiac amyloidosis is appropriate for cardiogram or cardiac magnetic resonance tests. ? Heart ultrasonography suitable for heart amyloidosis: Average left ventricular wall thickness >12mm and without valve disease or other cardiovascular disease such as hypertension ? Appropriate cardiac magnetic resonance test for cardiac amyloidosis: In the event of a wide range of endocardium retarded intensification or proper nulling of the heart muscle is not possible during delayed enhancement filming 3) Patients identified as aTTR amyloidosis 4) Patients who have agreed to participate in research in writing
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Heart amyloidosis is suspected from an ultrasound or a cardiac magnetic resonance examination, but pathologically amyloidosis is not confirmed by a biopsy of more than one organ, including abdominal fat tissue. 2) Those who do not agree to participate in this study and genetic/biochemical tests
