Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients diagnosed with gynecological benign tumors in the uterus and appendages 2) In the following cases, - Total or partial hysterectomy - Salpingoophorectomy (left, right, both sides) - Ovarian cystectomy (left, right, both sides) - Myomectomy. 3) In the case of a single-site surgery using laparoscopy or robot 4) In the case of voluntary participation and self-signing of consent form prior to the commencement of this clinical tria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) In the case that a single-site surgery is not suitable (e.g. uterus over 16 weeks or ovarian tumor over 15cm, severe pelvic adhesion, etc.) 2) In the case of suspected gynecologic malignancies 3) In the case of previous abdominopelvic surgery for malignancy in other organs 4) In case laparoscopic or robotic surgery cannot be performed due to cardiovascular and lung diseases
