Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The medical malpractice cases presented in the educational program are directed to general nurses and responsible nurses because they relate to direct care provided to patients. For those who voluntarily agreed to participate in research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses or nursing managers who do not perform direct care are excluded.
