Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From August 01, 2016 to July 31, 2019, patients who visited Department of Cardiology and Neurology, Kyung Hee University Korean Medicine Hospital and were treated (both outpatients and hospitalized patients) with Majain-Hwan (MH). At the same time, the following conditions will be included. • Patients (19 years older) who were diagnosed with Parkinson's disease (G20) or Parkinsonism (G22), based on the results of brain imaging (Brain CT or MR) and clinical symptoms and suffered from constipation (defecation once 3 days or more). • Patients who were prescribed and took MH (code: HH387) to control constipation. • Patients who can confirm the change in constipation via medical records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The following conditions will be excluded. • Those who have undergone additional medical treatment more than once, but have insufficient medical records to investigate changes in constipation symptoms
