Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) adults over 40 years of age (2) a forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC) ratio of less than 0.70 (70%) based on post bronchodilater pulmonary function test (3) agree to provide informed consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) refusal to provide informed consent for the study (2) inability to evaluate pulmonary function test (3) unable to visit for follow-up inspection at 12 months (4) pregnant or have plans to conceive during the research period (5) respiratory disease other than COPD (6) neuromuscular disease (7) a person under immunosuppression treatment
