Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who have planned to undergo surgery with laryngeal mask airway and general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age under 20 years old 2. History of upper airway surgery 3. Preoperative underlying lung disease 4. Preoperative pharyngo-laryngeal pain 5. Preoperative gastroesophageal reflux
