Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Working population, aged between 20's and 40's 2. People who do not work out regularly (What is working out 'regularly'? : More than 150 mins of middle-level intensity cardio or 75 mins of hard-level intensity cardio exercise per week, and muscular exercise within 20 mins, more than 2 times per week) 3. People who acknowledges of necessity on exercise due to light symptoms on muscular-skeleton uncomfortness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People who suffers from heavy muscular-skeleton or neurological disorders, not being able to operate the program 2. People who have history of cardiovascular disease and under treatment 3. People who work out regularly 4. People who has difficulties on visibility and hearings, might have difficulties to utilize 'AI-powered personalized training solution' 5. People who are subscribing medications due to psychological issues such as depression, insomnia, etc. 6. People who have other reasons besides from lists, find difficulties to participate for the program
