Interventions

Medical Device, Others(hand massage) : The extracorporeal shock wave group and the hand massage group visit the hospital twice a week (12 times in total) and receive 20 minutes of extracorporeal shock

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women with BMI over 23 kg / m2, women with a waist-hip ratio (WHR) of 0.80 or more, and a waist size of 80 cm or more, who has not performed moderate high level exercises and has not receive medical obesity procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant, people with high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.
