Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The subject who is between 20 and 70 years old and can be surgically operated. ? The subject who is scheduled for implant placement after tooth extraction for chronic periodontal disease. ? The subject who is willing and able to give informed consent for participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The subject who has a uncontrolled periodontal disease. ? Patients who has acute abscess with severe pain. ? Heavy smokers (more than 20 cigarettes in a day) ? History or present with malignant disease in jaw. ? Multiple adjacent teeth extraction ? The researcher determines that participation is inappropriate because it may affect other ethical or research results.
