The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of dexamethasone gargle and intravenous infusion, respectively, and relief of postoperative sore throat when both methods are used simultaneously.

Interventions

Drug : The study will be conducted in a total of 96 patients divided into 3 groups. The first group is the Gargle group (Group G). 10 minutes before anesthesia, the patient will be fully leaned back a
dexamethasone solution (Dexamethasone 5 mg / ml + 0.9&#37
Normal saline 9 ml) for 30 seconds. 5 minutes before anesthesia, 2 ml of 0.9&#37
Normal saline will be injected intravenously. In the second group, IV group (Group I), 10 minutes before anesthesia, the patient will be fully leaned back and gargle with 0.9&#37
Normal saline for 30 seconds. 5 minutes before anesthesia, 2 ml mixed solution (Dexamethasone 0.1 mg/kg + 0.9&#37
normal saline) will be injected intravenously. In the third group, Gargle + IV (Group GI), 10 minutes before anesthesia, the patient will be fully leaned back and gargle with 0.05&#37
Normal saline 9 ml) for 30 seconds. 5 minutes before anesthesia, 2 ml mixed solution (Dexamethasone 0.1 mg/kg + 0.9&#37
normal saline) will be injected intravenously.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20-70 yr old 2. ASA ? or ? 3. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy 4. Scheduled for elective surgery 5. Anesthetic time > 20 min and < 120 min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who experienced POST due to previous operation 2. Patient with recent upper respiratory infection symptom 3. Patient with Levin tube or Endoscopic nasobiliary drainage 4. Intubated with more than two attempt 5. Blood tinged tube at extubation
