Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Persons who have performed long-term meditation at least six months. - Persons who can hear explanations or read, understand, and voluntarily participate in research - Persons who are able to perform physical activities that can be checked visually without physical disability and follow the motions - Persons who can hear and understand without hearing problems, cognitive impairment, and can explain their opinions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Persons whose meditation period is less than six months. -Persons who have problems with listening to explanations or reading and understanding. -One who can't follow the motions due to physical disability. -One who has trouble hearing and understanding because of hearing impairment and cognitive impairment. -A person who is difficult to articulate about his or her own.
