Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients with prior written informed consent to this study. 2. The patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiography under sedation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unable to apply high-flow nasal cannula 2. Patients with nasopharynx bleeding or obstruction 3. Patients with or who are scheduled for endotracheal intubation 4. Patients who underwent tracheostomy 5. Patients using home oxygen or ventilators
