Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 20 2. Americal Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I, II, III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age< 20 2. Underlying lung disease (asthema, chronic obstructive lung disease, interstitial lung disease, restrictive lung disease) 3. Abnormal findings over moderate grade in preoperative pulmonary function test 4. High risk group of pleural addhesion (previous lung surgery, pneumothorax, pulmonary tuberculosis, lung neoplasm) 5. Pleural effusion 6. Emergerncy surgery 7. Obesity (body mass index =30 kg/m2) 8. Pregnancy 9. Difficult airway cases
