Drug : study group: dexmedetomidine 0.1-1.0 ug/kg/hr intravenous infusion during general anesthesia control group: remifentanil 0.05-0.2 ug/kg/min intravenous infusion during general anesthesia

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient scheduled for gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patient who refuse to participate in this study 2. emergent surgery 3. chronic pain requiring for pain killer 4. psychiatric disease 5. immunologic disease (eg. SLE, Rheumatoid arthritis) 6. contraindication to dexmedetomidine: bradycardia or hypotension 7. allergy or history of the adverse effect to study drug 8. pregnancy or lactation
