Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with cervical, lumbar intervertebral disc disease at the C5/6, L4/5 or L5/S1 level as confirmed by MRI

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: tumor, pregnant, Patients with rheumatoid arthritis, traumatic brain injury and stroke, glaucoma, unstable vertebrae or previous history of operation on spine
