Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults over 18 years old 2. Patients appropriate to the diagnosis criteria for mild cognitive impairment, mild dementia, or moderate dementia 3. Patients who takes donepezil 4. A person who is able to decide voluntary participation in this clinical trial, agree in writing to the participation consent, and perform clinical procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not accept the study 2. Patients who have vestibular neuropathy within one month of medication 3. Patients who need to continuously take the following drugs that can cause vestibular neuropathy: Netilmicin, Streptomycin, Tobramycin, Vincristin 4. patients who takes neurotrophic medications 5. Any other evidence of serious or unstable medical conditions (liver disease, kidney disease, malignancy, etc) 6. In case it is deemed difficult to participate in the research in the judgment of the researcher
