Interventions

Drug : In control group, normal saline 1ml will be injected preoperatively. In experimental group, glycopyrrolate 0.2 mg will be injected preoperatively.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with informed consent 2. Patients scheduled for lung resection under one lung ventilation after general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. American anesthesiologist society physical status classification > III 2. Patients with symptom or severe obstructive or restrictive lung disease 3. Patients with preoperative oxygen therapy 4. Patients undergoing preoperative intubation or mechanical ventilation 5. Patients with preoperative arterial oxygen tension < 70 mmHg 6. Patients with symptoms of coronary arterial disease or peripheral vascular disease 7. Patients with renal failure 8. Patients with preoperative inotropics or vasopressors 9. Patients with pregnancy
