Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA(American Society of Anesthesiologists) class 1~3, 20~80years old and be scheduled to spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with heart and neurological diseases Patients with pacemakers or defibrillators Cardiovascular diseases such as heart valve disease, cardiomyopathy, and coronary artery disease A pregnant patient Patients taking drugs (Antiarrhythmics, antidepressants, antipsychotics, Antihistamines, antiemetics, beta-blockers) that may affect preoperative ECG Patients with a history of spinal surgery Congenital malformations in the spine Patients who tend to be hemorrhagic Subjects vulnerable by definition of the Institutional Review Board of the medical institution where the study is conducted If, for other reasons, the chief researcher / manager decides that the study should be discontinued
