Inclusion criteria: patients in post-spinal surgery syndrome who underwent lumbar epidural block from July 2019 to March 2020

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: lumbar neuroplasty, neoplastic diseases, peripheral vascular disease, or use of medications affecting the vascular system
