Procedure/Surgery : Between March 2020 and March 2021, we prospectively enroll 30 patients between the ages of 18 and 80 who was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands by clinical symptom

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Between March 2020 and March 2021, 30 patients between the ages of 18 and 80 who was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands by clinical symptoms, and findings on the physical examination with confirmation by nerve conduction studies 2)Less than a year of symptom occurrence

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Thenar atrophy 2)History of previous carpal tunnel surgery or steroid injection 3)Moderate to severe osteoarthritis of the upper extremities 4)History of peripheral vascular disease, polyneuropathy, cervical radiculopathy, focal nerve entrapment other than CTS, hypothyroidism, chronic synovitis such as rheumatoid arthritis 5)Allergic reaction to steroid
