Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age: no limit 2) sex: Both (Male , Female) 3)The patient who can meet the one of the below conditions (1) The patient who was diagnosed with Langerhans cell histiocytosis(LCH) by histological test (2) The patient who was diagnosed with Hemphagocytic lymphohistiocytosis(HLH) by the standard of diagnosis for Histiocyte Society HLH-2004 4) Patients who consented to this research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient who is positive for HIV.
