Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the effect of treatment with steroid therapy and alpha-lipoic acid in combination with sudden hearing loss or noise-induced hearing loss over time and the results of pure tone hearing threshold (change in pure tone hearing threshold by frequency)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Changes in speech discernment
