Treatments on TEA group&gt

The medical thread for TEA (29 gauge*40 mm, 27 gauge*60 mm, polydioxanone, DongBang Medical Inc., Sungnam, Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea) will be embedded at which more painful one between both knees. T

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Inclusion criteria : Participants must meet the following criteria for inclusion in the study: (1) Age 50 years and above (2) Those who have morning stiffness to last less than 30 minutes (3) Applicable for VAS 4-7 (4) Kellgren-Lawrence grade 2-3 on knee X-ray. (5) Those who have knee pain to last at least 3 months. (6) Voluntary participants only.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded from the study if they meet any of the following criteria: (1) Those who had previous knee surgery for knee OA or other injuries (2) Those who had previous intraarticular injection(steroid or hyaluronic acid) or prolotherapy within last three months. (3) Those with serious psychiatric problems. (4) Those who need steroid or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication to treat other diseases. (5) Those who have allergic skin disease, skin ulcer, skin infection. (6) Those who have diabetes with injection of insulin (7) Those who have uses of anticoagulant medication to treat other diseases. (8) Those with figures of more than 3 times on liver function test(SGOT, SGPT). (9) Those who had any abnormal findings on renal function test (10) Those who are deemed ineligible for the study by the recruiting physician in charge
