Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 10 normal volunteers who do not meet any of the following conditions. A. any discomfort in their lower extremities B. cannot perform 60 sqatting exercise C. previous history of internal derangement or surgery in the right knee D. body mass index less than 18.5 or exeeding 25.0 E. pregnant woman F. circumference of the right lower extremity exeeding 47cm at the patellar upper pole level or 62cm at the midthigh level G. contraindication to MRI such as claustrophobia, cardiac pacemaker or cochlear implant H. staff of the department of radiology in this institution

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with poor MRI quality
