Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Adults over 65 2) Person who does not have dizziness about vibration 3) Those who have no communication problems in conducting and conducting clinical trials (K-MMSE score >= 23 ) 4) A person who fully understands the purpose and procedure of the research and wishes to participate in the clinical research through voluntary consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not match the age standard 2) Those who cannot accurately express the pain area and severity due to cognitive decline (K-MMSE score < 23) 3) Musculoskeletal injury, fracture, hip injury within the last 6 months 4) Cardiovascular disease holder 5) Other person deemed unsuitable for participation in the test
