Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Using preoperative knee MRI, those with femoral cartilage defect of ICRS grade 3 or 4 were included. Also, the cartilage defect size was measured and a single, 2 ~ 4 cm2-sized lesion or multiple lesions with a total area of 2 ~ 10cm2 were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a BMI(Body Mass Index) of 40 kg/m2 or higher
