Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy at Ewha University Seoul Hospital Age >19 yrs American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I~III Patients who have decided and agreed to participate in this clinical trial

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age =<19yrs BMI >= 30kg/m2 Neuromuscular disorder History of thoracic surgery Paralysis of phrenic nerve Patients that other investigators believe would be unsuitable for this clinical trial
