Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Adults over 20 ? Patients diagnosed with adenocarcinoma histologically ? The center of rectal cancer is located within 11cm of anal verge ? Anastomosis is located under the peritoneal reflex or peritoneal resection is performed ? Ligation of inferior mesentery artery (high ligation or low ligation) and mesorectal excision (total or partial) are made ? In case of clinical stage III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Carcinoma in situ or benign disease ? Those who did not undergo curative resection ? A person who disagrees with the study and / or who is judged unsuitable for this study according to the researcher's judgment
