Inclusion criteria: -In case the outpatient name belongs to the covered sickness among patients who have been outpatient or hospitalized after the project date (October 15, 2019) -Patients who have undergone cooperative consultation or non-cooperative consultation treatment and the evaluation index is recorded more than once -Not included in exclusion criteria
