Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients with displaced lateral malleolar fractures of ankle joint (2) Patients who agreed to treatment method and postoperative examination (3) Patients who can have CT scan before and after surgery (4) Patients who are expected to be able to follow up for more thanthree year (5) Patients who agreed to the agreement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) open ankle fracture (2) past fractures in the affected foot and ankle joint (3) Past surgical history of affected foot and ankle (4) alteration of ankle alignment due to arthritis, congenital diseases, etc. (5) History of other musculoskeletal and nervous system diseases
