Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Person who can work with computer People who does not exercise more than twice a week. Have not been diagnosed or treated for neck or shoulder within 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with congenital malformations, musculoskeletal, or neurological deficiencies associated with computer work. Anyone who has limited sitting on a chair due to backache and other illnesses. Visually restrictive person who uses a computer monitor.
