Procedure/Surgery : 1. head shaking : head shaking for 15seconds with frequency of 3 Hz 2. vibration stimulation : vibration stimulation on mastoid process for 1 minute

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. older 18 year-old 2. diagnosed cupulo-PC-BPPV, Cupulo-AC-BPPV or persistent geotropic nystagmus ? cupulo-PC BPPV : upbeat-torsional nystagmus more than 1 minute during Dix-Hallpike maneuver ? cupulo-AC-BPPV : downbeat-torsional nystagmus more than 1 minute during Dix-Hallpike or straight head hanging maneuver. ? persistent geotropic nystagmus : geotropic nystagmus more than 1 minute during supine rolling maneuver. 3. no other central sign or structural lesion 4. agree to enrolled

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. diagnosed other vestibular disorders (ex. vestibular neuronitis, Meniere disease) 2. rapid progression by test maneuver 3. diagnosed central vertigo 4. not possible to treatment maneuver due to pregnancy, obes or pain in back 5. any other cause to not possible to enrolled (ex. liver disease, cancer, kidney disease) 6. not agree to enrolled
