Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study participants aged > 20 years old women who were interested in participating in the study, were recruited by advertisements in the Eulji University Seongnam Campus area. Inclusion criteria were one or more of the following. 1) if they had drink or smoke regularly, 2) those who do not exercise regularly, 3) those who less than 2 fruit exchange units or 3 vegetable exchange units.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects were excluded if they had any diagnosis of renal disease, liver disease, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and consumed any health-related drugs.
