Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who scheduled abdominal surgery (colectomy, gastrectomy, and hepatectomy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient who has communication difficulty 2. Hypersensitivity to fentanyl or ketorolac 3. Previous PONV or motion sickness 4. Severe pulmonary disease 5. The patients who received analgesics or steroids within 48 hours 6. Hepatic or renal disease
