Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 19-70 years with an American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to II who were scheduled for elective orthopedic surgery under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: uncontrolled obstructive lung disease, uncontrolled cerebrovascular disease, receiving medication affecting the central nervous system, history of allergic reaction to the study drugs, body mass index >30 kg/m2 women who were pregnant or nursing.
