Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Healthy adults -Those who do not have the cognitive impairment to voluntarily decide to participate in research -People who can walk independently in their daily lives -No orthopedic or neurological damage to the lower extremities -Those who have not had any inconvenience in daily life due to pain within the last 3 months -Those whose body mass index (BMI) is 30 or less 2) Low back pain or degenerative arthritis of the knee (over 50 years old) -People who have no heart or kidney disease, diabetes or nerve damage -People who can walk independently in their daily lives -People with discomfort during everyday life due to back pain or arthritis -Have been diagnosed with low back pain or degenerative arthritis in the knee joint -Those whose body mass index (BMI) is 30 or less 3) Stroke and Parkinson's disease (over 50 years old) -Those who do not have the cognitive impairment to voluntarily decide to participate in research -No orthopedic damage to heart or kidney disease, diabetes or lower extremity -People who can walk independently in their daily lives -Have been diagnosed with stroke or Parkinson's disease -Those whose body mass index (BMI) is 30 or less 4) Metabolic syndrome (20 years old or older) -Those who do not have the cognitive impairment to voluntarily decide to participate in research -People who can walk independently in their daily lives -Have no fractures, sprains or neurological damage to the lower extremities -Have been diagnosed with metabolic syndrome -Those who meet at least three of the following criteria ? Center obesity: waist 90cm or more, Woman 80 cm or more ? HDL-cholesterol: less than 40 mg / dL for men <50 mg / dL for women Fasting blood glucose is more than 100 mg / dL ? Systolic blood pressure: 130 mmHg or Diastolic blood pressure: more than 85 mmHg 5) Obese persons (20 years old or older) -Those who do not have the cognitive impairment to voluntarily decide to participate in research -People who can walk independently in their daily lives -No orthopedic or neurological damage to the lower extremities -Those who have not had any inconvenience in daily life due to pain within the last 3 months -Body mass index (BMI) of 30 or more [Body mass index = weight (kg) / height (m 2)]
