Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 50 years old who scheduled to discharge the recovery room after general anesthesia at Samsung Medical Center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are scheduled to discharge to intensive care unit after surgery (high-risk surgery and patient group) Patients who need to apply unilateral lung ventilation Head and neck surgery (because of various postoperative respiratory management) Patients who cannot be performed postoperative lung ultrasonography (the site of operation)

lung ultrasonography (Each of the 12 quandrants was assigned a score of 0-3, total score 0~36);lung ultrasonography (Significant atelectasis was defined as a consolidation score = 2)
