Dietary Supplement : Experimental group: Four red ginseng tablets (2g l) once a day, oral administration for 8weeeks Placebo: Four placebo tablets ( 2g) per day, oral administration for 8weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Before the screening test, the person who voluntarily agreed to participate in this test and signed a consent form approved by the IRB after explaining the nature of this clinical test • Adults over 30 years of age when obtaining consent forms • Patients whose attending physician has approved their participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients who are treated with cardiovascular diseases such as angina, myocardial infarction, and stroke - In case of uncontrolled hypertension (SBP>180 or DBP>120) - Uncontrolled diabetes or blood sugar factor of 200 mg/ml or higher - Patients being treated with malignant tumors - Patient with liver disease (AST or ALT > 3 times the normal level) or patient Creatine > 2.0 mg/dL - Patients who are taking psychiatric medication with anti-anxiety drugs, antidepressants, and schizophrenia are taking red ginseng products within the last month - Patients with acute infectious diseases such as pneumonia, acute enteritis, and acute urinary tract infections - If you are participating in another clinical trial - Persons deemed unfit to participate in this study by researchers
