Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Direct care workers 1) those who have more than six months of experience in a long-term care facility 2) Android-based mobile phone users 2. Older adults with dementia(Long-term care residents) 1) residents who have more than six months with a long-term care facility 2) adults ages 65 and older having K-MMSE scores lower than 20 3) those who are Korea Long-term Care Classification Level 3 or 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Direct care workers 1) direct care worker who has received meal care education within the past year 2. Older adults with dementia(Long-term care residents) 1) bedridden residents having K-MMSE scores lower than 10 2) residents receiving tube feeding 3) residents with end-stage illness in hospice care
