Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Persons who can listen to or read and understand the explanation of the research 2) Persons who want to participate voluntarily 3) Persons who have no physical disability by visually identifying them and who are able to perform physical activities to the extent that they are able to perform physical activities 4) Persons who can hear and understand without problems in hearing or cognitive functions and who can explain his or her opinions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Persons who have difficulties in listening, reading and understanding 2) Persons who do not want to participate voluntarily 3) Persons who are physically handicapped and cannot perform the movements 4) People with severe hearing impairment and cognitive impairment 5) Persons who are difficult to explain his or her opinions
