Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. presence of lumbosacral radiculopathy or referred leg pain 2. lumbar spinal stenosis (LSS) in one or more of the regions 3. percutaneous lumbar foraminoplasty at one or more of levels

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. focal or systemic inflammation disease or infection 2. prior percutaneous lumbar foraminoplastyhistory, 3. large disc herniation or severe central spinal stenosis 4. segmental instability of spine 5. spinal arteriovenous malformation on MRI 6. spinal cancer or fracture history
