Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Diagnosis of hemiplegic stroke - Age between 20 years and 75 years - First-ever stroke - Cognitive intact (K-MMSE >=25) - Fugle-meyer assessment-upper score in affected side is between 25 and 50 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - any complex regional pain syndrome or existing residual weakness - neuropsychological or neurological disorder other than stoke before stroke - difficulty in perform auditory-related tasks - unable to perform outcome measure-related task - pain of disorder affecting upper extremity rehabilitation - no motivation with music-VR rehab
