Medical Device : All subjects undergo general anesthesia under standard monitoring devices(ECG
electrocardiogram, invasive and non-invasive arterial blood pressure, SpO2
percutaneous oxygen saturation, EtCO2
end-tidal carbon dioxide, BIS, temperature etc.) and transcutaneous gas monitoring device. And subjects undergo general anesthesia in the same way as other patients who do not participate in this stud

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who undergo Robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery with steep trendelenburg position under general anesthesia American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I–III patients Who signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Aged under 19 Patients with severe cardio-pulmonary disease Body mass index(BMI) > 35kg/m2 Patients with neuromuscular disease Estimated time of operation is more than 8 hours
