Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children under 1 year old who has a surgery under general anesthesia at Seoul St. Mary's Hospital 2. Legal guardian of the child approves the current study and signs a written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. history of head and neck surgery or radiation therapy 2. possible congenital abnormality in cervical vertebra 3. history of tracheostomy or cricothyroidotomy
